Description
A conditional GET was the one URL entry point that dialled the caller-supplied origin without checking its scheme, so an
http://URL could put anAuthorizationheader on the wire in the clear. It is now gated like the others, and the entry-point roster is pinned at comptime so the next one cannot arrive ungated. No user-visible change: both callers already build https URLs, and loopback cleartext stays exempt.
